Terror Zones in Diablo II: Resurrected Patch 2.6 So, Terror Zones will primarily be for end game farming in Hell, although perhaps players may want to use them to gear up as they transition to a new difficulty level.Īs of Patch 2.6, Terror Zones appear in offline games as well. In order to unlock Terror Zones, the player who creates the game must have completed that difficulty level and defeated Baal. With Patch 2.5, Blizzard added a feature where certain zones could be Terrorized, increasing monster level and therefore the loot that can drop in them. In this guide, we will cover all relevant end-game farm spots, their exact locations, and much more!Īct I AreasAct II AreasAct III AreasAct IV AreasAct V Areas Overall its of course more expensive, if you want it to be as good or better than treachery.Welcome to the Farming Locations Guide for Diablo II: Resurrected. Its just that i am tired of treachery after 10+ years using it and thought about other options. I thought about buying an eth Black Hades since its only around 20fg, which would (without the jewels if course) make it even cheaper then treachery. Where as you could go weeks without ever finding a Black Hades.

Where as 3 socket armors and Shael Thul Lem take maybe 20 minutes of NM/Hell countess runs to get the runes. That's the main problem with Black Hades, it's not really an overly common item drop. You can make it really good with really good jewels, or it can be an extreme budget option with junk jewels that is many times harder than Treachery to acquire. More don't use Black Hades because of the cost of having good jewels. Using 15/40 jewels makes it really expensive, but also really good overall. the 15 ias jewels make it just as fast as Treachery, but less bulky than both when Fade procs. It can also be really expensive depending on the jewels you use. It's less bulky, but faster attacking, which is good to keep it alive for LL.īlack Hades is somewhat in the middle. Treachery is best if you need things like CB to proc a lot. Treachery and Fort have similar DPS over extended times but Fort makes your merc so much more bulkier it's better when the merc needs to stand and fight. If you use Reapers Toll or Obedience instead of Infy or Insight, Black Hades could match Treachery imho and help a great deal with immunes Treachery can help your merc to reach important offensive break points, but yeah overall its true.
